The camp is designed for teenagers aged 13 to 16.
The camp runs for one week in August 2025 and is based in Sligo Grammar School, right in the heart of Sligo town.
Each day includes a mix of physical activity, outdoor adventure, wellness workshops, team-building, and downtime. Activities range from kayaking and HIIT to yoga, orienteering, dance, and reflection sessions.
Yes, participants stay on-site at Sligo Grammar School in supervised, secure accommodation with all facilities and meals provided.
All activities and accommodations are fully supervised by experienced staff trained in youth engagement, safety, and wellbeing.
The fee includes accommodation, all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks), activities, equipment, and supervision for the full week.
A full packing list will be provided ahead of the camp, but essentials include activewear, swimwear, toiletries, a towel, comfortable shoes, a rain jacket, and a reusable water bottle.
The camp encourages limited screen time to help participants fully engage in the experience. Phones may be stored and made available at designated times.
All staff are vetted and trained in safety protocols. Activities are run by qualified instructors, and the entire campus is secure and supervised.
We accommodate most dietary and medical needs—just let us know in advance when completing the registration form. The Camp organisers will be trainined in first aid.
Yes, we’ll provide a contact number for parents in case of emergency. Camp staff will also send general updates during the week.
