Teenagers aged between 13 and 16 participate in Epoch experience which includes a one-week program.
All parents are required to read and explain to their Teenagers set of rules encompassed by “Parent’s Handbook” that shall be e-mailed to them timely before start of respective program.
The directors reserve the right, at their discretion, to withdraw any participant whose influence or actions are deemed unsatisfactory, dangerous or incompatible to the Epoch community or who will not live within the rules and policies of the program. If this occurs, no reduction or return of fee, or any part thereof will be made. Parents will also be responsible for any extra costs associated with returning their teenager home early.
Children maintaining the highest standard of conduct is required at all times. Using profanity, disparaging dialogues, physical violence or threats during participation in the program is strictly prohibited.
By accepting this Terms and Conditions, parent confirms that his/her teenager has permission to participate in all programs, activities, camping, outings planned and supervised by Epoch Facilitators.
By accepting this Terms and Conditions, parent confirms his/her acceptance that his/her teenager may be pictured/photographed and that such material can be used by Epoch business partners for promotion or marketing of the workshops and programs.
The copyright of all photography appearing on our brochures or websites belongs to Epoch. No reproduction may be made without prior permission from the Epoch directors.
In the event that a parent cannot be reached in an emergency when the participant is under Epoch supervision, by accepting this Terms and Condition, the parent gives permission to the doctor/physician selected by the facilitators to hospitalize, secure proper treatment for, and/or order injections, anaesthesia, or surgery as needed.
All participant’s personal belongings are their own responsibility. Expensive and treasured items such as jewellery, designer clothes or shoes, trainers, etc., should not be brought to the workshops.
All participants are prohibited from bringing or using all tobacco products, alcohol and drugs of any kind.
Parents agree to pay for property damage caused directly, or indirectly, as a result of negligent action of their child.
Cancellation Policy
If a participant cancels before June 1stdue to medical reasons that can be fully documented with a doctor’s certificate, a full refund will be sent to the participants.
If a participant cancels for any other reason before June 1st, a full refund will be sent to the participant, less the application deposit.
Deposit is non refundable
No refunds for cancellations received less than 14 days before the week start date (no exceptions) or Cancellations more than 14 days in advance, please click on Refunds tab at bottom of homepage.
Epoch reserve the right to make date / venue changes if necessary and will not be held accountable should activities be suspended or cancelled due to bad weather.

Participation in Epoch requires you to share both yours and your child’s personal information with Epoch, including names, pictures, addresses, emails, medical data, payment and banking data. Please see GDPR information of how Epoch will use your information.
